No, I tend to think I see the glass for what it is...
transparent. Just like Tom Kim. The fact that he named himself as the agent of service means absolutely nothing. There has to be an agent of service. It's required. He simply used himself as the agent. It's done all the time. Nothing new.

(What is an Agent for Service of Process?
Before you form a corporation or limited liability company, you'll need to choose an agent for service of process. The term sounds like complicated legal jargon, but the concept is really quite simple. An agent for service of process is a person who receives lawsuits and other documents on behalf of your business
).

But here's a real big clue:

1) The first address he lists for his new car company is:
1118 S. Santa Fe Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90021. This belongs to a storage warehouse in Santa Ana. He rents the upstairs part and checks in once a month (according to the owner of the business on the first floor) to pick up his mail.

2) The second address he uses is his personal residence:
609 N. Rexford Drive
Los Angeles, CA 90010

The address of NGCG is:
New Generation Consumer Group Inc.
555 W 5th St 35 FL
LA. CA. 90013

What's wrong with this picture? Riddle me that.
