If that were the case Worlds patents would never have been validated. I think 6 claims have held up on challenges already. Worlds is suing to get the other back.

No argument here besides the 101 that Alpha has mentioned 1000x. So the patents are valid. But there's no guarantee that even if a judge rules in WDDD's favor, they issue anything more than a small % of revenues. It really depends how much technical expertise each judge has and to what extent they believe WDDD's patents are embedded in the ATVI products and to what extent they are value-adding.

Further, there is no way that The finest Patent Attorney firm would take this case on a contingency. That to me is clearly an expert's judgement on validity & value.

100% agreed. It's the main reason I originally invested. I'm going to add at some point in the next couple months as well - really want to average down from near .10 to closer to .05.
