Scott found them a wonderful JV partner , the Lithium group, that would have settled all the $140k trade creditors debt (including the past tax arrears, and the core storage bill)spend $10MM on the property to earn a 75% interest in the property ONLY after a producing a 'positive feasability study' and leave SRSR with a 25% CARRIED INTEREST (meaning SRSR wouldn't don't have to pay any monies toward building the mine) and Dan, Otto, like the uninformed lunkards that they are, vetoed the deal.

Blaming Scott is like blaming Steve Jobs when he left Apple in 1988; Dan is the John Scully of SRSR.

Hoping Scott comes back just like Steve.
