The buyout discount—currently 9%—has remained almost unchanged since June (#msg-131873153).

However, in a typical buyout, the discount narrows as the presumed closing date gets nearer due to the value of time (even with very low interest rates). So, the non-narrowing (actually slight widening) of the discount during the past two months would seem to signify a slightly lower consensus probability that regulators will approve the deal.
