On July 28, 2017, CXT Systems, Inc. (“CXT”), a wholly owned subsidiary, entered into an agreement with Intellectual Ventures Assets 34, LLC and Intellectual Ventures 37, LLC (“IV 34/37”) pursuant to which at closing CXT acquired by assignment all right, title, and interest in a portfolio of fourteen United States patents, five foreign patents and six related applications (the “CXT Portfolio”).
