Dilution is always a concern. Yes it means funding but toxic debt destroys investors.

Most importantly THE COMPANY HAS NOT BEEN TRANSPARENT WITH FILINGS SO THAT INVESTORS ARE AWARE OF WHAT THE DEBT STRUCTURE IS SO WE CAN INVEST OR NOT ACCORDINGLY.

Is there great potential here? Yes...but they have to get the business side right not just have great products/trials.
