I tend to think it will be sooner rather than later as well, because of my hypothesis recently explained:

It is better to tell shareholders that it will be later rather than sooner, so that you can surprise them with good news that drilling is ahead of schedule.

It is always goes down badly if it is the other way round.

I am pretty convinced it will happen sooner than the current official line.
