I don't see a glimmer of hope at all...
Based on what I see, the Detomaso company has nothing to do with NGCG. It is a separate company completely. He's looking to dump the NGCG shell for the right deal. If he's going to roll the Detomaso Company into a shell, it will be a shell where he controls the vast majority of the shares with hopefully no skeletons in the closet. NGCG does NOT fit the bill for either.
