I've never been good with legal documents or 8ks, butifarra I understand this, they are adding about a billion more shares into the O/S? Not raising the A/S at least, and giving 7 million shares to the new CEO, which is good news because he will be much more interested in seeing the price raise for sure. Anyone get something different or understand it better than I do?
