Not sure myself. Haven't looked at the L2 to see what it looks like, but the breakdown of the buy is:

1,780 at 1102am for $2.75
15,500 at 1200pm for $2.50
100 at 1216pm for $2.80 (close)

17,380 total

Hard to believe this was a market buy.

Would love for others who have seen similar patterns jump in and explain. I don't see any news or filings.
