I don't care how often you say you knew all along what was going to happen. If I were CEO you damn skippy my PR would have stated word for word cancellation of equity. Not saying that left room for interpretation that the Holding company may survive. You can gloat all you want, but as I have stated I have seen in the past operating companies dissolve and public shells remain (happens a lot) and even be deregistered by the SEC. Only to come back to life 1 year later, and reincarnated as a new company. As I said I was a stockholder in the company that was deregistered. Having the unique situation of Robert Roche and family buying 60% of the common equity led me to believe they had a plan beyond RVUE. Preach and gloat all you want. I don't care, it was a risk I was willing to take. Fortunately my losses were only a small portion of my portfolio. I only hope my incorrect belief did not negatively impact anyone else.
