Hay, St. Julien is still cooperating and he hasn't been sentenced. As long as St. Julien is nott sentenced, it means the DOJ is still working through the list of miscreants and the 'corrupt stock promoter' investigations and prosecutions.

These things take YEARS to round up all the scummy scammers who can be rounded up and CONvicted.

Benny and Nik Jacobs are still on the DIJ target list. Butt compared to those already CONvicted, they are more minor players, and thus are down the list on priorities.
