I 100% disagree although I hope you prove me wrong and I appreciate your positive attitude. This new measure date for trading has now been changed and pushed forward more than a year out . The measure date stated in the last s-1 stated the spinoff was to be traded by July 30,2017 . The company has now missed that date and moved it to another year away . I have asked for shareholder updates and both companies refuse to offer any information regarding why they have changed this date. I have been involved for close to four years now and I have never seen one deadline made.
Most recently there were 700000 shares sold before this new S1-a was released .
