I don't know when they would start. It is great that potential Dividends are on the table. The PPS would have to be in dollars before dividends would be considered IMO.

(C) The holders of shares of common stock shall be entitled to receive such dividends and other distributions in cash, property or shares of the Corporation as may be declared thereon by the Board of Directors from time to time out of assets or funds of the Corporation legally available therefrom.

Cash? Yes please. Lots of it.
Property? Yes please, a V3 SUV will do.
Shares? Yes please, preferably in Jinbo's other companies or future subsidiaries of JB&ZJMY Holding Company.

I have received a "share dividend" before where I was given 1 share in a spin off company for every 6 shares I had in the parent company.

World events would influence JBMY but not affect the PPS drastically IMO, since China can go right along selling EVs despite what its neighbors or the US is doing (aside from a bomb dropping on the EV factory directly).

IMO, the only significant rocket launches we will see in that area of the world is JB&ZJMY's PPS going up to the moon! I don't think a country(i.e. NK) would be dumb enough to pull the trigger on their small arsenal when there are 100s of barrels pointed their direction that could result in their total annihilation.
