Good point on the address. Not from Etrade. I would think because StockRockandRoll holds a certificate, those shares are not in street name with his broker ETrade, hence he received the letter directly from Pivo.

The letter was sent to Shareholders of record who hold their shares directly rather than in street name.

RO seems to contradict himself in this other email saying all "beneficial" owners were sent the letter. We are beneficial owners. Unless RO means direct shareholders were sent the hard copy of the letter, and beneficial shareholders will be sent something electronically by their brokers. I don't know.
