We have had an overwhelming response to our HYGIEIA product line and thought it would be best to answer the most FAQ?

1-When can I order a pair? Pre-orders are targeted for September 1st with products ready to ship at the end of September.

2-How much do they cost? Final pricing has not been determined however we are targeting a 3 pack of HYGIEIA casual ankle socks at $19.99. This makes us highly competitive among similar socks without our technology however when one considers the inclusion of our antimicrobial technology there is not equal. Why buy regular socks at a higher price when you can buy HYGIEIA socks for less?

3-Where can I buy Hygieia products? Initially HYGIEIA socks will be available through UAT’s e-commerce web page. This allows us to control the retail/distribution channel and as such our product margins however, we are currently in discussions with major retailers for future distribution.

We have had a few questions from shareholders/investors asking about retail contracts and share price predictions. All we can say about that is everyone should be well aware that we are prohibited from commenting on anything that is not made public yet nor do we make market predictions. That said we are very optimistic about UAT Groups overall and collective success.
