If you don't mind BioBS2012. I worked for one and in the end prior to the buy out all non essential personnel were let go with the exception of mid to upper echelon management. When the day came for the actual take over the remainder of management were one by one escorted out by two individuals. The truth.

I don't mind at all, because even in the entity you worked for it appears they had an offer on the table and the deal was close to being done. Here we have NOTHING. NADA. ZILCH.
