I will also add that I think it will be cheaper to raise cash for units via preferred shares, vs being reliant on a bank so the expense is a big part of the equation. Also $QSEP will have full control over when they can raise funds, and not limited on the amounts vs having a bank tell the company yes or no. Banks are not always that flexible, and they have to make money on the financing, and with a small company like this and the risk it could get expensive for QS.
