I don't see it happening with 'contracts' any time soon, regardless, since contract payments are spread out over the term of the contract, and they would have to stop borrowing to keep the doors open. And they would have to pay off the convertible debt and start showing profit. That's a deep hole they are in.
A merger with a profitable company might do it though. Again, I mention ICS-Nett as a potential. We don't know what he's really thinking of, but he MUST know that NASDAQ is not within reach, so...there is something that he thinks could do it.
