How can we look at it any other way? [wrt number of candidates]


Because as of today all we have are preliminary proxy material.

As of today, the company has not actually changed the BOD count. They just say they intend to do so.

If and when they actually do change the headcount, I would expect Ronin to issue new proxy material within a day or so that presents the additional candidate(s).

On a different subject, anybody else suspect the ASM might not happen 'till next year?
