Shayne Heffernan is not a US citizen and was held per STATUTE: HLD-IMMG which is a immigration hold because of a domestic dispute with his ex-wife concerning an alleged FELONY THEFT BY TAKING of item/s or goods of over $500. The charge was withdrawn and resolved with the ex and no charges filed_

Hope this stock gets some better news soon than this noise..
