If you go back and check their history, they have always produced contracts but not enough to increase the PPS to feed their investors so need to be very careful and don't invest more than you can afford to lose b/c company has a solid history of ripping their investors off. Not to mention, really cannot be sure about the contracts announced in PR's imo b/c this is an OTC company not subjected to the same rules as those trading on higher exchange and i am always a bit suspect when i don't see who/where the contract came from. And last but not least, company clearly has not been honoring their employment agreements in relation to those raises/bounces etc and insiders have clearly been making bank on the backs of their investors.
