You can't just simply cancel obligations.

I am fine with convertibles as long as they are not "death spiral" convertibles where the holder gets more shares as the price goes lower. That does not appear to be the case here.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
