I did some research, after going to the San Bernardino Co. assessor online search, i came across a platform that lets you search for recent sales around your area to be able to appeal your assessed value based on property sales. Well, after putting in a date of 08/10/2017 as a starting point, 3 properties came up as recent sales from 07/31/2017 to Recent. Guess what came up??? 107355 Nipton Rd. No other info is provided (owners, sale date, etc.) my research is my own, i looked up at my own risk, and is solely based on my own PERSONAL findings.
