Came close to grabbing those $1.40's, I think once the details of the acquisition are made public this should do pretty well. As with most stocks on the OTC, there are a couple little things I don't care for here, ss post acquisition is a little high for my taste, but still I think this should be a good one.

Also, I noticed that the ILLU website has been taken down for maintenance, probably being updated with the new Grom info IMO. We still don't know the status of the acquisition/merger but seems like basically a done deal.
