If the CAFC kills these patents which is a legitimate risk, Oil states ruling in one year will do NOTHING to change that

The patents will be DEAD and because they will be found so under EXISTING LAW, it will not be changed in the future becauase of any change in oil states.

No one here is saying the AIA isn't BS - I told you I lost alot on VRNG and know this space well.

However, it appears addressing things that many here aren't aware of causes insults and anger.

If you do not like the fact I just educated you on a very important issue - ie the timing issue and no grandfathering - which Trentonlaw seems to have ignored you are welcome to put me on ignore.

All those cases and issues with the AIA, philosophical arguments about its consititutional invalidity - which I agree with, will do NOTHING to affect the outcome here.

Others can talk about all these other cases that will be ruled on well after WDDD is and think they will affect WDDD, they will not as explained.

Moroever, indeed, scotus as the last say, but tell me if the CAFC kills the patents, you think this stock wont be sub 1 cent?

You are fooling yourself if you think this stock wont sell off if WDDD's only hope becomes filing a cert.
