Look at filing 651 in the Lattuca litigation (6/6/17). QEDN is a defendant also. In this filing Lattuca requested:

"For the reasons aforementioned and considering the Judicial Default already entered against QEDN, a Final Judgment in the amount of $187,042.00...plus post judgment interest should be entered against QEDN."

This Motion was set to be heard on August 8 but it doesn't look like a ruling is on file with the Court. It appears it has to do with both Q and G.
