I agree with you, BUT there are PLENTY of Chinese companies out there who get things done in an appropriate time frame. I dont think these guys other than Frack are motivated to be listed at all and to me is a huge reflection of their work ethic. Are you telling me when they are finally trading that the quarterly and yearly filings will always be late?? It sure looks like it to me......
