The latest 8K. Just part of getting the house in order. The Audit will get completed. It take some people longer than 3 months to do their taxes. This Audit has been complicated by past errors, hence the longer timeframe. The Audit will be completed. Followed by the name change, ticker symbol change, SongBird acquisition, etc.
