Annnnnnnnnnd even if/when a judgement ever does get awarded...the over-whelming majority of the award goes to the ambulance chasing lawyer firms in costs...leaving a tiny pittance to be split up between any s/h participants right lol.

But you're spot on fabius...there's been over 40+ PR's put out by a handful of ambulance chasing so-called law firms...and every single 1 of them is only phishing for s/h's to see if they can suck enough in...and even then I highly doubt a single case ever gets rubber stamped by a judge to proceed since the adcom rejection proved quite clearly that IPCI did no wrong according to the FDA's Rexista briefing doc itself...which only laid out the IV abuse deterrent properties lol.
