Talk of a R/S is a non-issue.

That will never happen!!

When a company like OMVS moves in a collaboration or R/M in a relatively clean shell, the SS structure is the first item they look at and if, like many pinksheet R/M, the share structure will usually look at the possibilities of a split before the actually announcement of the marriage. This company is positioned with respect to the SS is very attractive in it's current form, however there are pitfalls with respect to a low O/S. I will explain below on the negative of a low O/S.

Also, the shell has only less the 100m shares outstanding, hardly a candidate for a split and there is a most important aspect and that is liquidity.

This company is going to need the eventual assistance of institutional players to provide the liquidity and at the present, their SS is not in ideal position with respect to liquidity and actually will be a problem for capital expansion and that will come with various financial instruments to move to a growth position.

If they did resort to a split, it will wipe out their much needed liquidity and NO company with such a business model will ever survive.

People that talk of a R/S are using a scare tactic and showing themselves as a novice for which they have no idea what they are talking about.

I have been trading for over 40 years and I am a professional trader and consider myself as a very astute penny trader and I have never been witnessed to a R/M or ordinary company with such a low SS that resorts to a split. We have a more likely chance for a forward split than the reverse or being hit by a meteor. lol

What I do see is a gradual increase in the SS and the company knows they have to increase the SS to enhance the institutional firms to come on board. Most institutional firms require LIQUIDITY and right now the company is on the low end of this and you will see this part being increased.

Have a good day
