Trump national-security aide Sebastian Gorka referred Secretary of State Rex Tillerson to his reading of the executive branch organizational chart, effectively telling the U.S.'s chief diplomat, in a BBC interview (https:// www.washingtonpost.com/amphtml/news/the-fix/wp/2017/08/10/more-drama-in-trumpland-gorka-publicly-shuns-tillersons- effort-to-scale-back-north-korea-red-line/) reportedly shared with the Washington Post, to stay in his lane rather than attempt, as he was seen by some to be doing, to mitigate bellicose presidential pronouncements:
