$100k due in 6 months, but features include ability to convert at any time - 60% discount. No doubt about it, this is toxic funding that we see all the time in pennies. I still think the stock is highly undervalued relative to others at similar market caps.

OS of 5 million at a price of a penny is virtually unheard of for ongoing businesses.

But, the company needs to become more transparent with shareholders.
