Good Morning! A few points this morning!
1. The letter is real, its already been confirmed as such!
2. The letter gives a timeline by the 25th for a ticker and symbol change, but I expect that as a no later then, so we could see it any day or minute now even.
3. The lawsuit is progressing with 13 of the 37 defendants have been served and an extension has been granted. I believe alot of the defendants can not be located because they dont exist which means there shares will ultimately be retired. And we all know the other ones havent and cant produce proof they provided an actual service, so the case is a slam dunk for all those shares being returned and retired!
4. Audited Q2 Fins are upcoming and I believe will come right after the ticker change with associated PR!
5. This Company will file an SEC registration form after Ticker and become fully reporting again, IMO.

I know the general Penny trader doesnt like to hold shares over the weekend but we all know this isnt a typical penny play and I would not be caught not having shares because if ticker happens you will see a gap like you have never seen before on the price, thats a guarantee!
