I agree ... the foundation for a great company is being put in place BUT this alliance will barely move pps because it is not attached to an actual contract ... the pps will rocket as soon as an actual contract is reported and the division of revenues and profits is laid out so that bvtk profitability and or cash flows can be assessed...

I hope I am wrong and momentum takes over...call me "still a little skeptical"

I don't think we news on contracts until 2017 10K is published
