They can't end a partnership because we own part of them. We had our Pre IND meeting with the FDA and they recommended a pivotal trial. This is a fast track! This pivotal and much larger trial takes time to prepare for. Once we file our IND, the trial will start 30 days later. I contacted Investor relations(which I do frequently) , and they are on track to file the IND this year.
