If one could help me out, I also have a few questions. Reading the board on some things is a bit confusing relative to the “merger.”

Many say the merger has already happened, but as I understand it, the merger is not complete till FINRA approval (name/ticker change complete). Do I have this correct?

If so, do we necessarily get consolidated Q2?

I also understand it to be true that consolidated filings are required for the FINRA to approve the merger and name/ticker change.

Might it be possible that we get unconsolidated Q2 for the Aug 15 deadline or get an extension on the Aug 15 deadline till approval and then drop consolidated?

If these questions are a bit elementary for the seasoned here, my apologies, I am a noob! TIA
