While the letter looks totally legit to me (no shock of a few invented words due to language barrier) it is difficult for me to evaluate the impact. Will they now delay fins for the name change?
Will each successive audited filing cause the stock to rise? If they have to start the name request all over again will it delay fins for months? We know this legitimizes everything but can't feel too great about this. Finra is picking on a foreign company imo
