DOLV is real but that letter is fake. Anyone with a computer and familiar with Word can make this. Why is it stapled at the top left? Why would shareholders from 2013 only get it when it has information updating them on what the companies doing today? Why are there so many grammatical mistakes? Why wouldn't they just release a PR instead of mailing letters from China? Where is the envelope?

I'm not bashing but come on guys, this isn't DD. Get real.
