Listen up people. Just got off the phone with my brother he tell me that he's wife works with someone who travel to China, she started to ask him how did he get around when he was there. He tell her that in China they use an App called Hail Yes and gets pick up with the FARE Meter. This is not a joke! I will be getting more details and as soon as I get them I will let all of you know what I find out.
Col if this is true that's explain the 5 mill down loads.
