It actually doesn't...

Each of those preferred stock issued at 100,000 shares is equivalent to 250,000,000 common shares with a par value of .004 per common stock.

Class C will have 3x more than D and E in preferred shares, but the conversion rate is still the same.

But that's not to say we won't see $10.00 or more by then...
