No sir; the problem, which has been pointed out over and over again by different posters, is that people can't read. It was just an expectation of closing, that's it, nothing more, nothing less. In any business deal, the transacting parties always have to rely on outside, 3rd party assistance whose timing they cannot control.

I think today many people learned the importance of reading things carefully. And those who sold will, sadly for them, learn the importance of the old adage "know what you own."
