Talking of producing new revolutionary engines as if they were tacos. "It doesn't work", "takes too much time", "too much money wasted", yada yada, etc.

Go ask Ford or Rolls Royce how much it costs and how many man-hours are necessary to produce new engines. Big companies have hundreds of engineers, computers, special software, simulators, testing facilities and they need years and hundreds of millions of dollars.

Have a couple of guys doing all that, all components, and all systems, and for different engine models. I'm very surprised of what they have achieved to this moment.

I think the problem has been that they have tried to do a lot by themselves. They should think more in alliances for development and for financing. Looks like they are moving more towards that direction lately.

They should also market themselves more to get more recognition, also work on getting grants.
