There has been some debate on this point. On one hand, it has been pointed out that since DOLV de-registered in 2014, they are under noobligation to produce financial statements beyond 2013. On the other hand, their position in the lawsuit related to the 54MM "bogus shares" that they are suing to retrieve from "consultants" to prior DOLV ownership might be stronger if they had filings for 2014-2016 showing the exact numbers ofd shares issued on each date.

I am of the opinion that they don't HAVE TO file for those years, but might CHOOSE TO if my guess about the share issuance history is correct.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
