Singpoli "Kin Hui" buying 200 acres to build the biggest Virtual-Recreational-Amusement Park in the United States..

If all goes well, the city would then negotiate a sale and development agreement with Singpoli and the project would move forward with community meetings and an environmental impact report.

“They haven’t given a time line but they say it’s in their best interests to move as quickly as possible,” Freeland said. “From what we’ve seen, that’s the way operate. Once they make a commitment ... they move forward.”

SINGPOLI TO PARTNER WITH OTHERS ON THE PROJECT

Singpoli plans to partner with Hong Kong development firm Lan Kwai Fong Group(LKF) and Tom Mehrmann, chief executive of Ocean Park Corp., to develop the proposed outdoor recreational park. Both have experience working on park development. LKF founder Allen Zeman was successful in transforming Ocean Park in Hong Kong into an award winning amusement park that has been recognized as a World’s Top Theme Park.

Singpoli is in the final phase of negotiations with the City Of West Covina. The deal is approved they just have to work out the price and terms. The terms are going to be cash. the price maybe $40 Mill. or $45 Million Dollars!

They paid almost $1 Million for 2.17 acres near the 200 acres of property they are buying right now.. So doing the math I'm guessing at least $40 Million.. or more for the 200 Acres..

I've been talking to The City Council for along time.. I can't name my source but they told me within 2 months the deal might be done..
The City of West Covina wants this deal. They will make tons of money from the sale and from future tax revenues as well.

This would be huge National News. Especially in Calfornia and even in China.

This land they paid $900k for cash..

His Bio is very impressive. He was in Charge of Six Flags Magic Mountain and Ocean Theme Park in Hong Kong. They key here is he does work in China and The U.S.

They are top notch here in Southern California..
They have respect from some huge cities here and have connections to Congress and even Governor Brown "California"

They seller got cold feet. He backed out of the deal. I know that land there. It is one of the fastest growing cities in California. They bought it cause they wanted to develop it just like in West Covina..
