I know AS is 10 bil, just saying after RS next year when all the filings are in order he will have to RS if he wants company to go to NASDAQ . 1:100 or 1000 with AS 5 bil or something .
I am not a basher but HIS words " do not want to RS" is different then 8k stating that or saying " we will not RS"
OTC words " SOON, VERY SOON, PLANNING, FIRST STEP etc" are typical
