A hospital doesn't need to "close down an OR suite". Most OR rooms are done by the middle of the day. AS would be used at the end of the day so the OR is ready for the next day. Once or twice a week for most OR's will be plenty. More often for burn OR's and rooms with implants(ie orthopedics). When a patient room, icu room, or ER suite discharges a pt the room will be cleaned then with AS. What is done now is human cleaning and UV. The UV machines run for hours and miss many surfaces and the humans use the same mop and rags for several OR's.
