My guess is that with the "soon" the MMEG CEO uses means the 15th of next week when the 2nd QTR filing is due or the same date the NT 10-Q gets filed to apply for another 5 days extension till filing, thanks to the SEC!

For sure, I don't believe the CEO understands the meaning of thanking MMEG shareholders for their "patience" unless he already knows that they are very upset with the news delay and the current dumping of low price MMEG shares while they sit back watching their brokerage accounts collapse!
