PennyMaster, with this DCAC 8-K filed...

This is solid news per this 8-K filed by DCAC to inform shareholders that they are cancelling the reverse split and going current with their filings to become fully reporting:

I'm guessing much more is coming to fully reveal their plans or no way would they be doing such for nothing.
