IMO I think that just the hype of the company buying a decent plot of land aka a desolate town, is a wise investment. The potential for a pot town in California isn't unheard of but it for sure turns heads when you hear of something like this. It could be the Vegas of pot, or it could be an absolute bust. Whether it be a pump and dump or an actual company with plan&faction, I'm taking a risk on this stock.
